The DeVetter Law Firm is a fast growing criminal record mitigation and probate litigation firm
located in Savannah’s beautiful historic district. With Forsyth Park right outside our door, our
office environment is friendly and fast-paced.
We are looking for a talented customer service professional to spearhead our client intake process, ensure a high level of customer service, and facilitate excellent client experiences. At the present time, the job is a full time position (M-F), with potential work from home options.
You will be responsible for:
- Quickly convert callers from lead to client
- Drive positive reviews with elevated customer service
- Maintain top of mind with our existing and past clientele
This role requires consistent and cohesive online and offline communication with our database
of active, inactive, and former clients. You will be expected to reach out to these contacts
through email, social media, direct messaging, SMS, and phone calls to “check in” regularly and
identify any needs they may have. As an integral part of our marketing efforts, this role is held
accountable for impacting sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate daily with clients throughout the intake and active case process at the
- direction of support staff to assist in case workflows
- Successfully onboard 10 new clients monthly
- Deliver 10+ 4 and 5-star reviews by requesting and following up with satisfied clients
- Foster a customer-centric culture in keeping with the firm’s brand image
- Identify the needs of clients and work with support staff to develop resolutions
- Work to create systems to promote efficiency in the firm's procedures
Qualifications and Experience:
- Excellent writing, telephone, and language skills
- Exceeds at building and maintaining relationships, online and off
- Comes to work with a positive attitude and communicates that in a tone of voice (Treats
- a call at 4:30pm on a Friday with the same care, enthusiasm and compassion as one at
- 10am on a Monday.)
- Able to listen with patience, empathy, and communicate concern
- Practices superior time and project management
- Is a team player with the confidence to take the lead
