Job description
We are currently looking for a Customer Relationship Specialist, to play a pivotal role in helping us to support, excellent customer service and customer retention. As a Customer Relationship Specialist, you will serve as a main point of contact for our customers by handling inbound and outbound calls, to enhance their experience in purchasing our products and doing business with us. These calls will include resolving issues such as determining customer needs, offering additional products and services to them, and maintaining accurate customer records.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of outgoing/incoming calls ensuring customer service quality, efficiency, and accuracy always.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Medi-Products products and services, customer accounts, update current contact information, and various policies and procedures related to the delivery of our products and services.
- Utilize a proactive sales approach with every customer interaction to uncover additional sales and service opportunities – such as battery replacements & maintenance contracts to existing clients.
- Develop trusting long-term relationships with all customers
- Stay in touch with clients while product orders and in production
- Make follow up, feedback phone calls to clients – 1-2 months post delivery
- Schedule & coordinate installations and maintenance services
- Collect client payment information
- Confirm clients shipping details
- Ask for possible referrals & photos of installed products.
- 12 & 48 month post-delivery follow up calls.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Effective Communication Skills
- Candidate must be comfortable making outgoing calls and articulate well over the telephone.
- 2+ Years of customer service or sales experience
- Proven track record in revenue growth management strategies.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software.
- Understanding of the sales administration process.
- Excellent interpersonal and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to juggle multiple demands and prioritize appropriately.
