We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Sales Administrative Assistant to support our sales team. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Sales Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the following:

  • Responding quickly and efficiently to tasks given by the sales team
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls
  • Maintaining and updating customer databases
  • Generating reports and spreadsheets for the sales team to present to potential clients.
  • Drafting detailed quotations
  • Providing administrative support for sales meetings
  • Drafting and sending out correspondence on behalf of the sales team

Requirements:
