Job Description
You will be responsible for providing services that prevent and/or eliminate termite activity damage and infestations in buildings, homes, and surrounding structures. The job requires constant walking, bending, reaching, pulling, stooping, kneeling, pushing, and stretching. The job requires constant climbing; crawling in small, hot spaces, and lifting up to 100 pounds. Termite team members must possess the physical ability and stamina to work outdoors in hot and humid conditions. Termite team members must withstand noise and vibrations. The job requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range. Because of constant contact with customers, team members must display a positive demeanor and ability to interact with others in a pleasing, professional way. Termite team members must be able to communicate clearly and learn technical, industry-related data pertaining to termites, safety standards, and termite barrier/elimination products. Termite team members must have a sense of pride, integrity, and attention-to-detail. Work may be performed in areas with elevated temperatures and humidity, such as attics and crawl spaces. Work involves the continual use of industrial equipment, materials, and products.
