The General Responsibilities and Duties of Unarmed Security Sentinel shall include.
  • 1. Take charge of your post and all property in view.
  • 2. Walk your post in a perfect manner keeping always on the alert.
  • 3. Report all violations of orders you are instructed to enforce.
  • 4. Sentinels do not quit their post until properly relieved.
  • 5. Receive and pass on instructions to sentinels and sentinels you will relieve. All Instructions will come from Operations Manager and C1Safety Services headquarters.
  • 6. Sentinels talk to no one except in the line of duty.
  • 7. If not covered by instructions call the OM (Operations Manager).
  • 8. Sentinels are especially watchful while on duty.

  • Must be compliant to Strict Attendance Policy (Being on time and not calling out during 90 probation period)
  • Must have two forms of identification such as State ID, Social Security Card or Passport (un-expired or expired)
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Must have clean background
  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk for extended periods of time
  • Good reading and report writing skills.
  • Evaluate medical, fire and other types of potential emergency situations
  • Internal/external walking 
  • First aid Certification a plus
  • Willing to work 8 hour shifts and/or overtime
  • Must have a vehicle
  • Must be willing to start immediately
