What You'll Do If Hired
  • Work with clients to identify appropriate solutions to their business and technology needs
  • Lead the creation of business solutions across multiple projects leveraging your technical and business knowledge based on collected client requirements
  • Work with project teams across multiple projects
  • Work with Engagement Managers (EMs) to determine which which resources will handle technical tasks
  • Work with EMs to build and maintain appropriate project plans
  • Ensure all technical and configuration work is tested and conforms to best practices
  • Attend and engage in project management meetings across multiple projects
  • Prepare deployment packages for sandbox and production releases
  • Produce and update documentation related to project deliverables
  • Record the type of work and time accomplished for each project daily

Required
  • Senior-level technical experience is required, but not the Technical Architect certification
  • Legally allowed to work in the United States
  • 5+ years Salesforce application development experience 
  • 5+ years developing advanced user interfaces on the Salesforce platform, including the use of the Lightning Design System and/or Lightning Web Components 
  • 3+ years in consulting
  • Functional JavaScript knowledge
  • Obtained the following certifications
    • Salesforce Platform App Builder certification
    • Salesforce Platform Developer 1 certification
  • Utilized Salesforce1/Force.com/Heroku platform knowledge
  • Used and understand Git development practices
  • Experience with and understand common API and integration patterns
  • Ability to generate BPR materials and lead discovery and requirement sessions
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts and designs to business stakeholders (both technical and non-technical)
  • Data migration experience
  • Ability to work with multiple clients and project teams to maintain appropriate schedules and budgets for each
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong background in unit, system, and user acceptance testing and issue tracking and resolution
  • On average, 25% travel is required, with some consultants traveling more and some less. We conduct most work remotely from the client with the amount of travel varying based on the nature of the project and client requirements.

Desired
  • Used and understand object-oriented principles in multiple programming languages
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum and Test-driven development methodologies
  • Experience with query optimization on more than one major database (relational or SOQL)
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services or other PAAS providers (Docker, etc.)
  • Advanced Architect certification (e.g., Certified Application Architect)
  • Experience guiding and mentoring junior developers throughout the project lifecycle

Salary Package: $150,000-200,000+ per year
  • Salary will be based on proven experience within the Salesforce ecosystem and projects
  • Salary packages are composed of base salary with variable compensation based on monthly billed hours
