ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND PURPOSE:
 
The New Vehicle Sales Manager is responsible for assisting the General Sales Manager in planning, organizing and controlling the activities of the New Vehicle Sales Department and in managing and measuring the performance of the employees in the department.

  • Relationships: Builds effective relationships and collaborates with managers and co-workers. Openly communicates, provides timely feedback and shares ideas
  •  Training: excels at personal development and the development of others with the goal of mastery and drive to be the best
 

Required: Minimum of 2 years Luxury Automotive Sales Management, preferably with Mercedes-Benz experience
